Q. Why is the site design so sober?

The site is geared for functionality.

Q. Why are the character images in PNG format?

The file size turned out to be smaller compared to its GIF equivalent. All recent browsers support PNG.

Q. Why can I not use 'cannot' in translator?

'cannot' must be used as 'can not' for the time being.

Q. Why not 'apniurdu.com.pk' instead of 'apniurdu.com'?

Yaar, Urdu is international! :)

Q. Is the translation simply word-by-word?

No. The sentence is broken into parts and then reformed. It might look in several cases that its word-by-word though.

Q. Which translation software do you use in background?

The one I have written myself.
